The Starter Plan is designed for freelancers and small businesses with basic bookkeeping needs. It includes up to 75 transactions per month, complete QuickBooks Online setup with Chart of Accounts, basic financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, and email support.

The Growth Plan includes everything in the Starter Plan and is ideal for growing service-based businesses. It covers up to 200 transactions per month, bank and credit card reconciliation for up to two accounts, monthly financial reports with insights, and WhatsApp or chat support.

The Pro Plan includes everything in the Growth Plan and is best suited for eCommerce or more advanced businesses. It supports up to 500 transactions per month and includes payroll tracking support, inventory tracking setup, and a monthly review call with a QuickBooks Online expert.
Starting at $199/month
The Enterprise or Custom Plan is designed for businesses with complex accounting needs. It includes unlimited transactions, project or job costing, custom reports and KPIs, and a dedicated account manager.
Add-On Services
QuickBooks Online setup is available as a one-time service for $99. Catch-up bookkeeping services start at $149 per month, depending on workload. Sales tax filing for U.S. states is available at $25 per month per state.
